What is your return policy?
We are here to help!
In the event that an order is received either damaged or incorrect, please notify us at sarah@rapidbaskets.com within 5 business days and return the gift within 30 days of the delivery date. We are not responsible for return shipping charges. Once we have received the returned items and they have been inspected, you will be refunded for the order cost. Refunds will apply to your original payment method. Returns must be in their original packaging and un-tampered with to be approved for refunds.
*We are not liable for any damages due to weather conditions or environmental factors after delivery.

Can you send a gift to a different address than the person purchasing the gift?
Yes! You can put the Shipping Address to the recipient of the gift at checkout, This can be different than the billing address
Can I write a personalised message for the recipient?
Certainly! Upon checkout, there is a text box for messages where you can put whatever your heart desires. The message will be written on a postcard inside of the gift. If we know the Recipients Name, we will also put this on a gift tag on the outside of the gift (not including Single Gifts)
Do you shop only local items?
We try our best to source products locally but sometimes this is just not feasible for all gifts. We do work with many local Canadian businesses to see what works best and support our proud nation. Check out our Featured Canadian Brands here
Can I track my order?
We will send you applicable tracking information when your order is shipped. For delivery addresses within Airdrie, AB that qualify for local delivery, customers will receive an Order Fulfillment Notification upon delivery.
What is the average shipping time for an order?
Depending where the recipient resides, the shipping time will vary. We use Expedited Shipping through Canada Post 3-5 Business Days, excluding peak times such as the holidays
We process and ship/deliver orders either Same Day or Next Day, depending on the time the order was received (excluding Sunday)
There may be unexpected delays due to carrier processing or acts of God. We are not liable for unexpected delays.
Do you offer local delivery and pick-up?
We offer free curbside pick-up.
We also offer Local Delivery to Airdrie, AB and immediate surrounding areas (within 20km of us) for $5
*At checkout, click "ship/deliver", and enter the delivery address. If the address is within our delivery areas, you will automatically have the option for local delivery. *Please make sure you either use the auto populated address OR ensure the address is complete for manual input (i.e having the direction, proper postal code) - if the address is not found by Google Maps, the local delivery options will not appear. If it still does not appear for any reason and you select the shipping option, we will refund the difference to you if the delivery address is within our local delivery zone.
What are your Flat Rate Shipping Options?
We have incurred some of the shipping costs to provide customer with easy Flat Rate Shipping. Fill up your cart to get the most bang for your buck with free shipping on orders over $250

Where is your company located?
We are a Canadian company located in Airdrie, Alberta. We provide gifts across Canada!
I want my gift delivered on a specific day. Can I do that?
We can accommodate this for orders with delivery addresses within Airdrie, AB but not for packages that are being shipped via Canada Post. If you are eligible, please leave us a note in the text box upon checkout with your desired delivery date.
I want to pick-up my order. How do I arrange a pick-up time?
If you select "pick-up" at checkout, we will contact you to arrange a pick-up time. We are limited staff with no physical storefront. Some items may spoil if left outside for too long waiting for scheduled pick-up so please make sure you pick up at the determined time. If you need to change your scheduled time, please let us know at least an hour beforehand.
Can I buy just single items instead of a box or basket?
Yes, you certainly can! Navigate to our Single Gifts page and add however many items you want. Even if it's just one! *Please note - single gifts do not come wrapped with a gift tag, ribbon, and crinkle filler. You can still add a Handwritten Message on our postcard at checkout. The items selected will be either in a kraft paper bag or in a shipping box.
