  1. Do you offer custom gifts?

We offer Custom Creations where you tell us what you are looking for and we put the perfect gift/s together! You can learn more in our Corporate + Custom page.

  1. What is your return policy?

We are here to help!

In the event that an order is received either damaged or incorrect, please notify us at sarah@rapidbaskets.com within 5 business days and return the gift within 30 days of the delivery date. Once we have received the returned items and they have been inspected, you will be refunded for the order cost. Refunds will apply to your original payment method. Returns must be in their original packaging and un-tampered with to be approved for refunds. 

If you simply choose to return your gift because you no longer want it, you may do so but will be responsible for a 10% re-stocking fee.The gift must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns must be in their original packaging and un-tampered with to be approved for returns. 

Any Custom Creations are not returnable. If you are un-satisfied with your gifts, please notify us and we may initiate a partial refund at our discretion. 

  1. Can you send a gift to a different address than the person purchasing the gift?

Yes! You can put the mailing address to the recipient of the gift.

  1. Can I write a personalised message for the recipient?

Certainly! Upon checkout, there is a text box for messages where you can put whatever your heart desires! The message will be written on a gift tag and included in/on the gift.

  1. Do you offer gift cards?

We currently do not sell gift cards but we are certainly considering it for the future! 

  1. Do you shop only local items?

We try our best to source products locally but sometimes this is just not feasible for all gifts. We do work with many local Canadian businesses to see what works best and support our proud nation.

  1. Can I track my order?

We do our best to update tracking numbers as soon as we have access to them (when an order is shipped). If you do not receive a tracking code, please request a tracking code by emailing sarah@rapidbaskets.com with your order confirmation details and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

  1. What is the average shipping time for an order?

Depending where the recipient resides, the shipping time will vary. For Pre-Designed and Build a Box, we process and ship the next business day. We ship from Canada and use expedited shipping to try and have your gifts delivered within 2 weeks. There may be unexpected delays due to carrier processing or acts of God.

  1. Do you offer local delivery and pick-up?

We recently launched this feature! We offer free local pick-up and local delivery for $5 for recipient addresses within a 50km radius.

  1. Where is your company located?

We are a Canadian company located in Airdrie, Alberta. We are happy to say that we ship to all of North America.
